Crynodeb
The normal duties of a General Practitioner as required by the Practice, including but not limited to: Consulting with patients face-to-face and remotely; to include routine care, on-call and e-consultations Undertaking home visits Managing results, correspondence, referrals, patient tasks and prescriptions Providing clinical advice and contributing to patient safety and continuity of care Recording all consultations clearly in the patients clinical record in accordance with GMC guidance.
