Communication and RelationshipsStakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between clinical and operational staff, IT teams, and external digital solution providers (e.g., Cerner Millennium). Facilitate effective communication to ensure stakeholders understand system capabilities, benefits, and limitations.User Group Participation: Attend user group forums, supplier collaboration events, and Trust meetings to foster relationships and share knowledge that can contribute to system optimization and improvement.Technical and Non-Technical Communication: Translate highly complex technical information into clear, actionable insights for clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. Ensure that communication regarding changes to EPR systems is tailored to the audience, minimizing jargon and ensuring accessibility.Training and Documentation: Assist in the development of user manuals and conduct training sessions for Trust staff on the effective use of EPR systems.
