Equans is looking for an Contract Manager to join our team in Blackburn on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. The role holder will drive continuous improvement in the hard FM delivery across the contract by working with the operational teams to identify areas for improvement and then implementing appropriate strategies to ensure that the improvement is embedded and sustainable.for. What will you deliver? Manage service providers delivering the planned and reactive maintenanceLiaise with the client on each establishment on behalf of the service providerCarry out contract meetings with the service provider and client on each establishmentCarry quality audits to assist the assurance quality ManagerManaging the onsite team delivering the agreed services.Meet and monitor the performance of the service providers and to liaise with the Senior management structureHold monthly review meetings with the Client.Provide and deliver monthly performance reports to the clientFair and consistent attitude in all dealings at all levelsClear communication of the company vision and objectives ensuring the implementation of new proceduresPromote and drive the company valuesKeep up to date with industry developments, driving innovation and effective change What can we offer you?
