Experience: Recent experience in a UK private nursery setting is essential.
Personality: Energetic, resilient, and patient with a love for early development.
Compliance: You must have (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS.
Reference: Must be able to provide 2 years of work/study history for vetting.
