About the Job
Games Workshop is recruiting an exciting role for a Performance Analyst to join our talented Merchandise and Buying Team. In this busy role, you will help support Games Workshop's goal of planning and placing the right stock, in the right places, at the right time.
This role is integral to maintaining and improving data and performance-monitoring frameworks across the department. You will work cross functionally to ensure performance can be understood and managed, providing governance across the department, as well as champion the drive for insight and improvement across Merchandise & Buying.
We're looking for a candidate who can review and simplify data for the appropriate audience, as needed. You'll also be responsible for accurate reporting, ensuring that both internally and externally, this is crystal clear.
You will be setting up and monitoring performance targets and trends and researching ways of identifying and bridging any gaps. Possessing a keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding standards of quality, you will be skilled at identifying these areas for improvement and implementing appropriate measures to address them.
Liaising across the business to ensure consistency and appropriateness of information and performance, you will be extremely organised and meticulous, with sound commercial judgement.
If you have strong attention to detail with the ability to navigate situations with integrity to ensure we maintain the highest standards in all aspects of our operations, ideally with experience of implementing Power BI, apply today:

The Warhammer World site is based just outside of Nottingham city centre and benefits from a nearby tram stop and free onsite car parking.
