About the Service
Stonepit Close is a residential service in Godalming, Surrey, for autistic adults. We designed the two houses here specifically for autistic people.
About the Role
The Service Manager is responsible for the operational delivery of services, day-to-day staff performance, financial oversight within delegated budgets and compliance with regulatory standards.
What You’ll Do
- Implement and monitor person-centred plans and PBS strategies to achieve meaningful outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement through reflective practice, data-informed decision-making and innovation.
- Ensure robust administrative systems and accurate record-keeping.
What We’re Looking For
- Being a Service Manager takes leadership skills, patience and commitment. But working with autistic people gives so much more in return.
- Ideally hold a QCF Level 5 or equivalent, or be willing to work towards this qualification.
- Experience of managing a team is absolutely essential.

This advert is for a full-time position for 35 hours per week.
