About the Service
St Edwards Close is a residential service separated into two homes in New Addington, London, a quiet residential area.
About the Role
This role will play a key part in ensuring sustainable, high-quality services, developing our housing strategy, and enhancing workforce development to equip staff with the specialist knowledge needed to support autistic adults effectively.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the day-to-day running of a cluster of services, ensuring they are safe, person-centred and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Hold the regulatory responsibility for the designated services in your cluster.
- Be fully accountable for the service budget across multiple services, ensuring financial sustainability through effective resource planning, cost control, and staffing strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience managing services for autistic adults, people with learning disabilities, or individuals with complex needs.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory standards, safeguarding, person-centred planning, and autism-specific frameworks (e.g. SPELL, PBS, TEACCH).

This advert is for a full-time position at 37 Hours per week.
