Role Overview
We are looking for motivated Secondary Cover Supervisors who demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills alongside a creative and compassionate approach. You will work alongside a forward-thinking team to deliver an innovative curriculum, uphold high expectations for all pupils, and inspire a lifelong love of learning.
Key Requirements
• Level 3 or HLTA qualification (desirable but not essential)
• PGCE or PCET qualifications are also accepted
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Proactive and confident attitude
• Familiarity with the Curriculum for Wales framework and expectations
• Understanding of planning and assessment processes
