We're working with a well-organised, inclusive primary school seeking enthusiastic Supply Teachers to provide short and medium-term cover across Nursery to Year 6. The school has a calm, structured atmosphere, clear routines, and a supportive staff team - creating an environment where pupils are eager to learn and teachers can teach with confidence.
About the Role
As a valued member of the supply team, you'll:
- Deliver engaging lessons and maintain continuity of learning across year groups.
- Follow existing plans and classroom routines with minimal preparation time.
- Build positive relationships with pupils and staff, fostering a supportive classroom environment.
- Maintain strong behaviour management and uphold high expectations.
- Be flexible, reliable, and ready to step in at short notice when needed.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent UK primary teaching experience.
- A professional, proactive, and adaptable teaching style.
- Strong communication skills and effective classroom management.
- A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- Immediate availability for short-term or ongoing placements.
