We are currently recruiting for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a beautiful suburban primary school in the heart of Claygate.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about supporting a young student with a love for football, helping them develop fundamental skills in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting a primary learner on a 1:1 basis, tailoring the curriculum to meet their specific needs and interests.
- Using a shared interest in football as a tool to engage the student and build a strong working rapport.
- Utilising the school's expansive outdoor facilities, including the Woodland Learning Zone and allotments, to enhance learning.
- Assisting with the preparation of bespoke learning resources to keep the student motivated and focused.
- Supervising the student during break and lunch periods, encouraging positive social interaction.

Essential Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a primary school setting.
- A genuine interest in football (highly desirable to bond with the student).
- A patient, child-centred approach and a commitment to long-term student development.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the Class Teacher and SENCo.
- A valid DBS on the Update Service or a willingness to apply for one.
