Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced Production / Packing Operatives to join our client in Cwmbran. This is a temporary ongoing role offering stable, full-time work within a supportive manufacturing environment. The position can be physically demanding and repetitive, so reliability, focus, and a strong work ethic are essential.

Key Duties

  • Production and packing of aerosol products.

  • Carrying out visual inspections to ensure product quality.

  • Working effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Following written and verbal work instructions accurately.

  • Complying with site policies and Health & Safety procedures.

  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping across all areas.

  • Supporting production and packaging operations to meet daily targets.

Hours and Pay

  • Shifts include days and rotating AM/PM shifts.

  • Flexibility is essential to meet business requirements.

  • Pay rate of £12.21 per hour, increasing to £12.32 per hour after 12 weeks.

  • Overtime paid after 39 hours (Monday to Friday).

  • Shift premium payable after 12 weeks when working rotating AM/PM shifts.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Reliable with good timekeeping.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual, repetitive work.
