Summary

Cover Supervisor – Day-to-Day Supply, Starting Immediately These flexible opportunities are ideal for individuals who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different school settings. You will work across multiple schools in Lowestoft and the surrounding areas, providing classroom supervision and support on a day-to-day basis, with the potential for longer-term or permanent roles.Duties as Cover Supervisor:

• Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and maintain a positive learning environment
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and any issues
• Support the wider school community as needed

Ideal Cover Supervisor:

• Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting is desirable
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to different subjects and school environments
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check or have one registered on the Update Service
