Summary

Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor

Major Hospital Project - London

A leading Tier 1 main contractor is delivering a major hospital development in London and is seeking an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to take commercial responsibility for the MEP packages on this flagship healthcare scheme.

This is a senior, project-critical role offering long-term work on one of London's most high-profile healthcare projects.

Role Responsibilities

  • Full commercial management of MEP packages

  • Cost control, forecasting and reporting

  • Valuations, variations and final accounts

  • Subcontractor procurement and management

  • Working under NEC3 / NEC4 contracts

  • Supporting project leadership and commercial strategy

Required Experience

  • Proven experience as a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor

  • Background working for a Tier 1 MEP or main contractor

  • Healthcare / hospital project experience

  • Strong working knowledge of NEC3 / NEC4 contracts

  • Strong commercial and contractual skillset

  • £90,000 salary
