An exciting opportunity has arisen within Denbighshire County Council’s newly formed Environmental Crime & Behaviour Change Team to support a range of innovative household recycling initiatives.

This position is vital in supporting DCC’s efforts to address contaminated, overflowing and abandoned receptacles. It will play a significant role in promoting the new recycling scheme through public education and engagement. The role is essential to helping increase recycling rates and reduce overall waste.

We are seeking a proactive and confident Recycling Advisor who enjoys working outdoors and possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in protecting the environment while supporting the Council’s environmental objectives and its ambition to become a net carbon zero and ecologically positive organisation by 2030.
