What’s the day in the life?

Working as part of our client’s highly regarded customer support team, your role is to ensure schools gain maximum value by providing proactive support, impactful training, and insight-driven guidance.

You will help teachers and school leaders embed our clients products effectively, ensuring students experience the full range of learning opportunities their software offers.

Bringing strong communication skills, you will share real-world examples and anecdotal evidence that demonstrates the difference our client's programmes make to school learners.

What are we are looking for in you?

Our most important requirement is that you are the sort of person who rolls up their sleeves and gets stuck in with a smile. You must be a naturally focused and charismatic person who positively engages clients, partners and colleagues. You need to work proactively and consultatively with customers to build long term relationships.

You will need to have:

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Great IT skills and knowledge of necessary software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other statistical analysis software
A creative mind and an willingness to learn
The ability to prioritise the tasks that deliver your objectives
Great teamworking qualities
The confidence to deliver support and training (with support)
Experience working in the education or a relevant business sector would be advantageous
