A welcoming primary school in Barnet is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team. You’ll support children’s learning in the classroom and provide focused 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs, helping them access the curriculum and build confidence.
In this Teaching Assistant role, you will work closely with class teachers and support staff to assist with whole class activities, small group learning, and tailored individual support for children who require extra guidance.
The successful Teaching Assistant will help create a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to thrive. Prior experience supporting pupils with additional needs or working in a primary setting would be highly desirable.
