Neway International are seeking a Training Administrator to join our client based with the London Borough of Haringey.
Location: George Meehan House, Wood Green, N22 8YX
Hours: 20 per week
Start Date: 26 January 2026
End Date: 20 April 2026
Pay Rates: £13.85 per hour PAYE / £17.92 per hour Limited or Umbrella

The Learning and Development team provides high-quality training opportunities for staff and partners, ensuring continuous improvement and professional growth across the organisation.
The Role
This role supports the Learning and Development team in delivering and coordinating training activity across the council. You will provide administrative, logistical, and customer service support to ensure training sessions run smoothly and effectively. The role includes supporting trainers, managing communications, coordinating room bookings, and contributing to quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service support during training sessions, including responding to queries and greeting trainers and attendees.
Coordinate internal training logistics such as room bookings and liaison with internal stakeholders.
Assist with planning upcoming sessions and identifying opportunities to promote training.
Support training delivery through session setup, on-table facilitation, and assisting trainers during workshops.
Lead or support pilot runs of new training programmes, offering feedback and helping refine content.
Contribute to quality assurance by gathering and interpreting feedback and supporting data analysis.
Provide general administrative support to the Learning and Development team.
Follow safeguarding, GDPR, health & safety, and equality procedures at all times.

Experience & Qualifications
No previous experience required; the placement must align with your future career goals.

Training in safeguarding, GDPR, health & safety, and relevant IT systems.
Additional training including: Unconscious Bias, Stress Awareness, Cyber Security, Fire Awareness, Display Screen Equipment, and more.
