Business Development Coordinator

Full-time | Monday to Friday (37 Hours Per Week)
Are you highly organised, detail‑driven and great at keeping business processes running smoothly? We’re looking for a Business Development Coordinator to support a diverse range of third‑party activities across the Defence Training Estate, from filming locations and set builds to motocross, airsoft, team‑building events and other Government departments. It’s a varied, fast‑paced role ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, problem solving, and contributing to unique and meaningful projects.
What You’ll Do
- Manage third‑party invoicing: quotes, invoice preparation, debt monitoring and mailbox management
- Support the Account Manager with day‑to‑day coordination
- Prepare licences, collate event information, and manage insurance & Home Office approvals
- Maintain accurate audit trails and usage returns
- Process range returns and create accurate sales invoices
- Produce monthly and ad hoc reports using finance systems and Excel
- Liaise with Account Managers and stakeholders on income‑related issues
- Support the Head of Business Development with ad hoc tasks
- Contribute to process improvement across the department
What You’ll Bring
- Good numeracy & literacy (GCSE A–C / 9–4 or equivalent)
- Strong Excel and general IT skills
- Knowledge of commercial pricing and basic business finance (advantageous)
- IOSH Working Safely (or willingness to gain)
- Excellent communication skills and customer focus
- High attention to detail and confidence meeting deadlines
- Ability to work with integrity, discretion, and professionalism
- Effective negotiation skills and a positive, can‑do approach
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to complete Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks
- UK residency (minimum 5 years)
- National Security Vetting may be required

About the Company
Landmarc provides the support services that enable Armed Forces from around the world to prepare for frontline military operations across the UK Defence Training Estate (DTE).This includes maintaining and delivering safe and sustainable infrastructure, managing and operating training areas and ranges and delivering multi-million pound projects to improve vital training assets.
