Create. Engage. Grow brands people actually notice.

An established and fast-growing consumer brand organisation is looking for a Social Media Executive to join its marketing team and help bring multiple brands to life across social, digital, and live environments.

This is a hands-on, creative role ideal for someone early in their marketing career who’s bursting with ideas and ready to get stuck in. You’ll work across social media, content creation, campaigns, and events — gaining exposure to every part of modern marketing while learning from an experienced Social Media Manager.

If you love social media, enjoy experimenting with content, and want a role where no two days look the same, this could be the perfect next step.

Key Responsibilities of the Social Media Executive:

Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Help grow brand awareness, engagement, and audience reach across platforms

Content Creation

• Write compelling copy for digital channels and printed marketing materials
• Support the creation of eye-catching, on-brand content aligned with current trends

Campaign & Brand Support

• Assist with multi-channel campaigns across email, web, and social
• Support trade shows, events, and in-store brand activations
• Work with influencers to increase reach and engagement

Insight & Collaboration

• Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate closely with design, sales, and operations teams
• This is a varied, fast-paced role where you’ll be encouraged to learn, contribute ideas, and make a real impact from day one.

About you:

• A degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing
• Previous marketing or social media experience (ideally within FMCG or consumer goods)
• A strong interest in social platforms and digital trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A creative eye and attention to detail
• A positive, team-focused attitude and eagerness to learn

Important details:

• Must have the right to work in the UK and be currently based in the UK
• Full UK driving licence required (travel to client sites and events will be needed)
• Role is office-based with off-site work at events and client locations

Why apply?

You’ll be joining a supportive, forward-thinking marketing team in a business that values creativity, innovation, and brand-building. This role offers real development opportunities, exposure to exciting projects, and the chance to grow alongside expanding consumer brands.

If you’re ready to kickstart (or level up) your marketing career and want a role where your ideas matter — apply now.
