ROLE: Car Sales Executive
LOCATION: Cardiff
SALARY: 25,396k basic – 45k OTE + Benefits
HOURS: 5 days – 40 hours per
Flame Recruitment is currently looking for a Car Sales Executive in the Cardiff to sell used vehicles as well as new vehicles for a up and coming brand!
Duties for this Car Sales Executive / Vehicle Sales Executive / Motor Sales Executive position:
• Prospecting for leads daily to maintain a consistent sales pipeline
• Managing customer relationships effectively and delivering excellent service
• Working independently to meet sales targets and support brand growth
• Ensuring all sales activities comply with company standards and brand guidelines
Candidate profile for this Car Sales Executive / Vehicle Sales Executive / Motor Sales Executive role:
• Proven car sales experience, ideally within a franchise or well-established dealership
• Demonstrates regular prospecting activities daily and consistent sales performance
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
