Crynodeb
You will be a qualified GPhC Pharmacist with experience of working in secondary care. You will have operated at a senior management level (typically NHS Band 8a-b or above) and will bring extensive knowledge of pharmacy regulations, medicines governance and associated legal frameworks. Experience in pharmacy compliance, auditing,PGD management,electronic prescribing systems and policy development is essential. Knowledge of ophthalmology is desirable, as is experience in project management. To succeed in the role, you will need strong stakeholder management capabilities, the ability to coach others effectively and the confidence to challenge where appropriate and navigate complex or difficult discussions. Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of practice will be key to your success.
