Equans is looking for a Lifecycle Project manager to join our team on our contract with Birmingham Schools on a permanent basis. You will be based predominantly in Birmingham but there may be travel to other areas such Lincolnshire, Derbyshire and the South West on occasion. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle, bonus and benefits package. What will you deliver?The Lifecycle Project Manager is a regional role covering both Birmingham Schools contracts, providing both a technical lead around asset management and Project delivery of each Lifecycle planBeing responsible for leading on any key technical disciplines that relate to Building infrastructure, Mechanical & Electrical systems associated with a Healthcare premisesProactively engaging with our own internal teams and our FM suppliers to identify assets that fall short of any contractual maintenance requirements and assets that need to be replaced within the 5-year lifecycle planTechnical support on any lifecycle works, highlighting to the local teams any relevant requirements to comply with best industry practice's which are associated with relevant Regulations, BS standards, best industry standards such as SFG20 and HBNs guidance, this will need to be illustrated within the scope of works that the Project Manager’s createAccountable for the creation of the V1 lifecycle plans alongside our Lifecycle Programme Manager, by overseeing what replacement requirements are needed for building fabric, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems to ensure technical justification of our life cycle spend are in line with any contractual compliance.
