Multi Trade Operative
Job Location: Bournemouth, covering the South West region. Standard Hours Monday- Friday 39 hours plus out of hours on call.
This is an exciting opportunity for an Multi Trade Operative to join Novus Property Solutions, Repairs and minor planned works division, providing high-quality property repair and replacement services within Social Housing properties
This role will support you, value your skills, give you stability, whilst keeping your work interesting and meaningful.

An outline of your responsibilities and experience
Applications are welcome from experienced candidates that have a Multi Trade background and a carpentry bias
The works include kitchen fitting and repairs of various doors, windows, kitchens, bathrooms, patch plastering, groundworks and general handyman type duties to ensure functionality.
Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis linked to a live shared system.
Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively to meet company targets
Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes
Following Novus’ exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards
Ideally you will hold a trade qualification and the ability to work across multiple trades within live occupied tenanted properties
This role will require a DBS check and a full UK driving licence is required.
