Summary
Core People are currently looking for skilled Groundworkers, Forward Dumper Drivers, and 360 Excavator Drivers to work on a project in Bradford.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
• Pipeline Installation: Laying pipes up to 2 metres in diameter for water, sewage, or industrial infrastructure
• Site Preparation: Trenching, excavation, and backfilling
• Material Handling: Experience working with MDPE, Ductile Iron, and Clay
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to read blueprints, understand piping components, and work safely around high-pressure lines
• Maintenance Support: Assisting with valve maintenance and pigging operations
Experience & Qualifications
• Proven experience in groundworks, specifically pipe-laying and drainage
• Ability to work efficiently in challenging, all-weather conditions
• Relevant industry certifications required, such as NPORS or CPCS for plant machinery
