Core People are currently looking for skilled Groundworkers, with Forward Dumper, and 360 Excavator Drivers to work on a project in Harrogate.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Pipeline Installation: Laying pipes up to 2 metres in diameter for water, sewage, or industrial infrastructure
- Site Preparation: Trenching, excavation, and backfilling
- Material Handling: Experience working with MDPE, Ductile Iron, and Clay
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to read blueprints, understand piping components, and work safely around high-pressure lines
- Maintenance Support: Assisting with valve maintenance and pigging operations
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience in groundworks, specifically pipe-laying and drainage
- Ability to work efficiently in challenging, all-weather conditions
- Relevant industry certifications required, such as NPORS or CPCS for plant machinery
