About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to become a Job Coach across our supported employment services and social enterprises.
This is an exciting and varied role involves training and supporting people with a learning disability with developing skills and in work support. You will work with Social Enterprise supervisors and Supported Employment Advisors in our services to provide ad hoc support and feedback using a strong person centred approach and have the ability to adapt to working with a variety of candidates in a workplace setting or with travel training or employability skills support.
The idea candidate will have experience of supporting people with a learning disability and the ability to teach skills and increase independence.
A strong person-centred approach and ability to work with a wide range of people within the workplace. Commitment to supporting young people to gain and sustain employment.
