We are seeking a highly motivated, student-focused Progression Coach (CEIAG Specialist) to join our Community & Careers team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting learners to make informed decisions about their education, training, and career pathways.

This role is central to the delivery of high-quality careers guidance, raising aspirations and empowering young people and adults to identify clear goals, overcome barriers, and successfully progress towards employment, apprenticeships, higher education or further study.

The role contributes to the College’s commitment to outstanding careers education, information, advice and guidance (CEIAG) and supports the delivery of the Gatsby Benchmarks.

This role will include responsibilities within safeguarding and the postholder will be engaging in regulated activity.
