Are you a natural lead generator who knows how to spark conversations, build momentum and create genuine commercial opportunities? This independent Northampton based business is searching for someone with proven lead generation talent to help drive their growth at an exciting time.

You will be joining a close, collaborative team where your ideas are heard and your impact is visible. The business prides itself on a personal, straightforward and jargon free approach, with a focus on clear communication and long term relationships rather than corporate processes.

With around 15 people in the team, you will work directly with decision makers who value initiative and encourage fresh thinking. Hybrid working is available, although being in the Northampton office offers the benefit of daily support, shared energy and a genuinely connected working environment.
Most importantly, your success is rewarded. For every lead you generate that converts into a client, you will earn 2.5% of the commission and fees. This provides real earning potential based on your own performance.
