Workshop Controller Role
As Workshop Controller, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing the workshop’s daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
• Supervising and mentoring a team of technicians, ensuring high quality work at efficient rates
• Coordinating workflow across the workshop to promote seamless operations in partnership with Service Advisors
• Maintaining standards and discipline to ensure all work is completed correctly and consistently
Workshop Controller Requirements
• Proven experience managing a team of automotive technicians
• Strong organisational and team leadership skills
• Background as a Workshop Controller or in a similar supervisory role
• Desirable experience in quality control processes or related audit management
