What skills and experience we're looking for
We require an enthusiastic, forward thinking and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our friendly team of LSAs. The ability to support Literacy would be an advantage. We are looking for LSAs with flexibility, a keen interest or qualification in learning support and the desire to contribute to our school’s community.
What the school offers its staff
As a Teaching School we can offer the successful candidate excellent support and professional development.
The Willink is a successful and oversubscribed school with a strong international ethos. As the preferred state school in our area, we attract learners beyond our catchment, including Hampshire, Reading and Wokingham. The school has over 1200 students on roll including 200 in the Sixth Form, and is situated in a pleasant semi-rural setting south west of Reading.
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
