Hourly Rate: £18.05 - £21.40 per hour
We have an opportunity for a qualified Multi Trade Operative to join a responsive maintenance contract with a social housing provider based in the London Borough of Ealing. In this role, you'll provide essential reactive maintenance services to residents as part of a social housing contract, contributing to the maintenance of safe and comfortable homes.
Responsibilities:
- Performing high quality repairs to the council housing stock such as fitting kitchens, painting, patching walls, repairing tiles, various types of floor laying, repairing toilets, hanging doors, tracing leaks, and repairing fences etc.
- Using an electronic hand-held device to receive job instructions and provide electronic feedback on completed works or additional tasks required.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- City & Guilds or NVQ in Carpentry (essential)
- Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or IATP
- Basic Criminal Record Check
