As a Key Carer, you will be influential in a child's early development. Your day-to-day will include:
- Leading a Key Group: Planning, observing, and recording the progress of your assigned children.
- Creating Inspiring Spaces: Developing "fascinating environments" that spark curiosity and inquisitive minds.
- Parent Partnership: Acting as the primary liaison for families to encourage home-learning involvement.
- Collaborative Care: Working with Educational Psychologists and Health Professionals to support children with additional needs.
- EYS Level 3 Qualification
