Location: Sharpness
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 16:00
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a Shovel Loader Operative on a temp to perm basis for a well-established company based in Sharpness, specialising in the storage and sale of fertiliser for farmers.
This role offers the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a shovel loader to move, load, and store fertiliser
- Safe storage and handling of materials
- Daily equipment and safety checks
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Adhering to all site health & safety procedures
Requirements:
- Previous shovel loader operating experience (essential)
- Valid shovel loader / plant ticket (preferred)
- Strong health & safety awareness
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Comfortable working in an agricultural or industrial environment
