To maintain up to date & accurate records, input data into the computer and complete statistical returns in accordance with the policy requirements for both health and social service agencies. To actively support the Senior CHC Nurse to manage her caseload by reviewing well established cases. To ensure accurate electronic, contemporaneous records are kept that ensures safety and continuity of patient care. To input data promptly into the computer and complete statistical returns in accordance with the policy requirements for both health & social service agencies. To be able to use the computer to: write written reports in Word, access/send emails on the Whittington health system, access the intranet/internet for relevant information according to the policy.
