What Youll Be Doing Delivering a professional, friendly and efficient service to patients, visitors and staff Completing complex specialist bookings with accuracy and excellent attention to detail Handling phone and email enquiries, often from anxious or distressed patients, using tact, empathy and clear communication Supporting a busy reception area and providing excellent frontofhouse care Managing confidential patient information with absolute professionalism Undertaking general clerical duties to maximise outpatient capacity and support the smooth running of the service. Your attitude, empathy and reliability are just as important. Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week. 5 days per week with various shift patterns between the hours of 7.30am and 8pm This will include occasional weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. The majority of the shifts will be either 8am until 4pm, or 9am until 5pm, Monday to Friday.
