Crynodeb
The Consultant Psychiatrist is a key clinical leader for the Team. The post-holder is required to work independently and accountably as part of a team of clinicians offering Mental Health Services. Working collaboratively with key partner organisations, service users, carers, clinicians, and other practitioners within the multi-disciplinary team in delivering great mental health services. The post holder would be part of the senior management team of the team and be integral in developing and improving the service. Clinical areas: - Diagnosis - Bio psychosocial approach to treatment - Evidence based interventions - Legal issues - Boundary setting Clinical Leadership: - Enabling/Encouraging other team members - Strategic planning and development - Available to the team both to individuals and the team as a whole - Active team member - Attend regular reviews - Work towards high team morale
