Your new role
As a Section Engineer, you'll be at the heart of project delivery, ensuring your section runs smoothly and meets all technical, safety, and quality standards.

Your day-to-day will involve:- Leading and mentoring site engineers to achieve project goals.


- Overseeing setting out and ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Preparing and reviewing work package plans and documentation.
- Managing site records and liaising with local authorities.
- Driving Health & Safety compliance and resolving on-site challenges.
- Reporting progress and contributing to project meetings.

This is a dynamic role where your leadership and technical expertise will make a tangible impact on a high-profile infrastructure project.


What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Section Engineer, ideally within highways or major civil engineering projects.
- Ability to manage a section of work independently as part of a wider team.
- Knowledge of NEC contracts and current H&S/CDM legislation.
- SMSTS and First Aid at Work certifications.
- Full UK driving licence.
