KPI Recruiting are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to support container unloading and handballing duties at a busy warehouse site based in Wednesbury (WS10).

This role is ideal for candidates looking for flexible, ad-hoc work rather than fixed hours.

Job Overview

This is a physically demanding role involving unloading shipping containers and manually moving stock within the warehouse. You’ll be working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, helping to meet daily operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Unloading goods from shipping containers

  
  

• Handballing products to designated storage or picking areas

  
  

• Sorting and organising stock by type and category

  
  

• Ensuring goods are handled correctly to minimise damage

  
  

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

  
  

• Following all health & safety procedures

  
  

• Working as part of a team to meet daily deadlines

  
  Skills & Experience Required

  • Ability to lift and move heavy items safely (manual handling)

    
    

  • Good level of physical fitness and stamina

    
    

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

    
    

  • Team-focused with a positive attitude

    
    

  • Previous warehouse or manual work experience preferred but not essential

    
    

  • Flexibility to accept work at short notice
