Greenwich Time to Talk is looking to recruit a Senior Administrator to coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the administrative team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Administration Manager and Business Manager to ensure administrative processes are efficient and streamlined and the team are providing a seamless, high quality service.

As well as processing referrals, booking appointments and keeping accurate records, the Senior Administrator will also be responsible for managing the admin team’s workflow, creating weekly staff rotas to ensure a fair and efficient division of labour. They will also be instrumental in troubleshooting daily admin challenges, such as rescheduling appointments and finding appropriate slots for clients with specific requirements.

As a strong team player, the Senior Administrator will be a key go-to person within the team, providing guidance and support to other colleagues. Drawing on their previous experience, they will be able to review and improve existing administrative processes and suggest initiatives to drive efficiencies and enhance service delivery.

Oxleas offers a wide range of NHS healthcare services to people in community and secure environment settings. Our services include community health care such as district nursing and speech and language therapy, care for people with learning disabilities and mental health care such as psychiatry, nursing and therapies. Our multidisciplinary teams look after people of all ages and we work in close partnership with other parts of the NHS, local councils and the voluntary sector and through our new provider collaboratives. We are the largest NHS provider of prison health services providing healthcare to prisons within Devon, Dorset, Bristol, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire, Kent and South London.
