Handyperson (£28,524 per annum, full-time)Job RoleiNHomes is West Kent’s busy repairs and maintenance team looking after over 7000 properties. We are responsible for the safety and maintenance of our homes.We are looking for a handyperson to help out with minor maintenance tasks and our cyclical compliance program (fire alarm testing, emergency lights testing etc.)You will be a skilled friendly professional that is comfortable going into residents’ properties to problem solve and ultimately complete basic maintenance repairs.The successful candidate will need a full valid UK driving licence as they will be provided a business van.About UsAt West Kent we’re passionate about the role a housing association can play in society and believe the values of an organisation are what makes it special.
