Summary


Applications are invited for a Band 3 Support Secretary to provide secretarial and administration support to the Consultant and Junior Doctors within the Mental Health and Liaison Team at Blackpool Victoria Hospital. The post is a permanent post. The successful applicant will be offered full on the job training.

Applicants should be educated to GCSE in Maths and English Language grade C or equivalent. Applicants should also have RSA/OCR II or equivalent and have some secretarial experience. The Post Holder should also possess NVQ II Business Administration or equivalent and have a general understanding of Microsoft Office programmes and be able to use these to produce letters, documents and spreadsheets.

This post is subject to standard DBS Disclosure and the successful applicant will be required to pay for their DBS check.
