As the Trust IT Manager, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of IT services across the Trust, ensuring systems are reliable, responsive and fit for purpose for our schools. A key part of the role is working closely with schools to provide effective support, resolve issues efficiently and ensure IT provision meets their operational needs. You will work collaboratively with a range of outsourced IT providers to ensure seamless, high-quality support across the Trust.This is a management level role working closely with the Trust’s executive team, with responsibility for managing IT infrastructure, procurement, systems, suppliers and support services. The post holder will oversee the delivery of a high-quality IT service, balancing operational priorities with continuous improvement.
