Crynodeb
Our client is currently recruiting a Site Services Support Team Member who will learn the basics of the operations involved in working on an industrial plant including the inherent risks associated. The role will require training to become certified in telehandler operations.
Reporting to the Maintenance Team Leader, you will carry out the necessary hands-on labouring functions as necessary to maintain the high standards of safety and housekeeping that are required by the business.
Full PPE will be provided along with full training on all aspects of the role.
Responsibilities
General housekeeping duties throughout site – including debris clearing and ensuring all wastes placed into correct bins/skips
Pressure washing of concrete bunds and walkways to maintain safe access egress
Manage goods arriving to site such as Parts and Materials ensuring delivery notes are provided for Admin’s to receipt and Parts are input to stock via client’s CMMS
Assist in carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM’s) across your respective site to assist Site Operations
Skills & Experience:
Driving Licence (clean)
This role is physically demanding with elements of it maintaining site equipment – which will require ability to climb ladders; enter confined spaces and drive JCB once trained.
An interest in learning the systems involved in monitoring site and maintaining site information including the Site SCADA System and inputting data & information into the Company systems.
Note: Funded training will be provided to ensure ability to safely operate JCB telehandler without direct supervision
