To deal with general enquiries in an appropriate and sensitive manner as efficiently as possible either in person, over the telephone or in writing. Providing cover for annual leave and sickness, as required and as directed by line manager. To use and obtain information from the PAS system, updating and extracting patient information on a daily basis. Using systems i.e. G2/ Evolve / ERS and Microsoft Office on a daily basis. Please note: This role does not meet theminimumcriteria for visa sponsorship under the current UK immigration rules, which set specific salary and skill thresholds. As such, we are unable to provide sponsorship for this post. Applicants will therefore need to already have the right to work in the UK to be considered.
