Summary
We are looking for a full time trainee Breathing Apparatus Technician although the post may well also include other activities that the company may need in it's day to day running. The position will deliver full training to the successful candidate with all areas of the work they do covered. There is no age limit to this position from school leavers to people later in life looking for a career change. The most important thing to us is that the candidate demonstrates their desire to ensure that everything is always done correctly. We will be asking candidates to demonstrate their ability to learn with a straight forward hands on test to show their manual dexterity. Certain fashion items may mean that the candidate is not suitable for this roll given how small some parts are that will need to be dealt with.
The working week is Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm with an hour for lunch. We do not work weekends or have over time.
The position starts with a 6 month probationary period which when satisfied converts into a full time contract.
We offer a competitive salary with 20 days holiday plus all national bank holidays and auto enrolment into the Nest pension scheme at the date for inception each year.
