Summary

Remedy Tutors are looking for experienced Special Educational Needs (SEN) Tutors to support students with unique learning needs. If you’re dedicated to helping children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally, we want you on our team!

Ideal Candidates

* Experience in SEN teaching (e.g., Dyslexia, ADHD, Autism, SEMH)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to adapt lessons to suit individual learning styles
* Compassionate, patient, and student-focused
* Qualifications in education or SEN-related fields are preferred

Your Role

* Plan and deliver tailored lessons in core subjects or life skills
* Use strategies to build confidence and independence
* Support learners with challenging behaviour in a positive, structured way
* Track progress and provide weekly reports
* Occasionally incorporate practical or outdoor learning activities
* Use visual aids or alternative communication methods when needed
