Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage cleaning projects from initiation to completion
Oversee daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring service quality and efficiency
Lead, train, and supervise cleaning teams, promoting high performance and professionalism
Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and manage staffing levels
Conduct site inspections and quality control audits to maintain high standards
Manage client relationships, handle queries, and resolve service issues promptly
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
Monitor budgets, control costs, and prepare operational reports
Manage procurement of equipment, supplies, and materials
Implement performance improvement strategies and operational efficiencies

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master
Lean Six Sigma (Essential)
Degree in Science, Engineering or Administration.
