Location: Office Based from our Oundle office

Contract: Permanent/Full Time

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 dependent on relevant experience

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, conscientious and experienced Office Manager with excellent organisational skills join our busy fostering team in Oundle. This is a demanding role and you will need to be experienced within a professional and fast paced office management role and be able to demonstrate your multi-tasking and decision-making skills, and also demonstrate a high level of IT skills.

You will be required to ensure we meet our regulatory requirements in terms of the Fostering Regulations and Standards. You will be responsible for ensuring our meetings are well organised, accurately minuted and that the necessary actions are followed up in a timely manner. You will ensure the smooth running - from opening and closing the office, welcoming our stakeholders to the office, dealing with all of our customers and carers and ensuring all administration activities are covered accurately within the team.



Essential Criteria:

You must have good analytical skills and a logical approach to problem solving as well as being a competent user of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and databases and be able to coordinate all office requirements. We are looking for someone with:
