Eligibility Requirement (Mandatory):

Role Overview:
The Membership Sales Executive is responsible for driving student membership sales for TISA through direct outreach and promotion. This is a performance-based role with clearly defined weekly sales targets and transparent monthly payouts. The role is suitable for confident, target-driven students seeking real-world sales experience.

Weekly Sales Performance Expectation (Mandatory):
Your weekly target is 25 student membership joins to TISA through your assigned reference

If the weekly target is not achieved, the remaining balance will be carried forward and added to the following week’s target

Consistently unmet weekly targets may impact your total monthly payout

This structure ensures fairness, transparency, and flexibility, while encouraging steady, genuine, and ethical student membership sales.

Payout Structure (Transparent & Performance-Based):
- The role is structured at an equivalent of £12.50 per hour, based on 20 hours per week
- Payouts are processed monthly
- This is a performance-based sales role, and compensation is directly linked to achievement of weekly sales targets

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively sell and promote TISA student memberships
- Clearly explain membership benefits and eligibility
- Convert interested students into confirmed members using your assigned reference
- Track and report weekly sales accurately
- Represent TISA professionally and ethically at all times

Qualifications Required:
- Currently enrolled student
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable working toward sales targets
- Reliable, disciplined, and self-motivated
