Support the Care Manager in leading and developing a high-quality, person-centred care service for young people with complex needs.Ensure the wellbeing, safety, and development of students through effective care planning, team leadership, and compliance with CQC and College standards. Foster a supportive, accountable, and values-led team culture focused on empowering both staff and students to thrive. You must hold a minimum of a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or being willing to work towards this within 18 months of employment, you must also have strong previous experience of working within the care sector and providing personal care.Experience in working with young adults or individuals with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs would also be helpful. This role requires offers a unique 3 - week rolling rota, with a combination of earlies, lates and long days and including weekend working with every third weekend off. You will work across different care settings at Henshaws College to ensure an effective and safe service.
